[description] => Americans for Prosperity (AFP) is the premier grassroots organization focused on advocating solutions to the country’s greatest challenges. We recognize that tens of millions of Americans are frustrated with the extreme partisanship in government that keeps common-sense reforms from being passed, and instead seek to stand with policy leaders who are committed to finding a better way.
Americans for Prosperity is part of the Stand Together philanthropic community.
As a Regional Field Manager (internally referred to as a Grassroots Engagement Director) you will identify, recruit, and engage grassroots leaders in Jacksonville, mobilize them to take action, and drive policy reforms that open opportunities for all.

[description] => Stand Together is a philanthropic community that helps America’s boldest changemakers tackle the root causes of our country’s biggest problems, from education to the economy, broken communities, and toxic division, among dozens of other pressing issues. We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.
Within this ecosystem, we're building Loop – a groundbreaking platform that's transforming how America's most vulnerable populations connect with critical services during times of crisis.
About Loop
Loop is a Stand Together Foundation technology platform partnering with 211 helplines nationwide to revolutionize social service delivery. By "closing the loop" with every caller through SMS follow-ups and data-driven insights, Loop transforms one-time referrals into measurable outcomes and continuous improvement cycles.
Our platform doesn't just collect data – it creates invisible intelligence that helps 211 specialists make better referrals, enables service providers to understand their true capacity and impact, and most importantly, ensures that people in crisis get connected to help that actually works. Early pilots demonstrate strong caller engagement and show how 211s are already using this intelligence to improve funding decisions and service delivery.
The Opportunity
As Senior Product Manager for Loop, you will lead the strategy and execution for this mission-critical platform that directly impacts millions of Americans navigating a crisis. You'll work at the intersection of social impact, data science, and human-centered design – partnering with a diverse coalition of 211 organizations, service providers, government agencies, and Stand Together community partners to build a transformative service marketplace powered by experimentation and continuous learning.
This role offers the unique opportunity to apply product excellence to one of society's most pressing challenges: ensuring that our most vulnerable neighbors can reliably access the help they need, when they need it most.
In your first 6–12 months, you will
* Deliver a 2026 roadmap that scales Loop to more 211s and pilots peer-informed recommendation flows (“invisible intelligence”).
* Strengthen product analytics and reporting (caller outcomes, connection rates, provider capacity signals) and ship improvements to the provider reports and dashboards.
* Run discovery with 211 leadership and front-line specialists; validate/prioritize features that improve referral success and follow-up quality.
* Stand up an experiment pipeline (hypothesis → metric → test → decision) for messaging, workflows, and matching logic.
