- Organize events where you and other activists can engage the public through phone calls, social media, walking through neighborhoods to talk with people face-to-face. - Manage part-time canvassing contractors including but not limited to time management, compliance with laws and regulations, and best practices

- Ensure all interactions with donors are relevant and impactful by deploying the right combination of collateral, messaging and other media to make Stand Together a top 5 priority in donors’ lives.
- 3+ years of fundraising experience with a focus on donor relations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven experience cultivating and stewarding 5-6 figure gifts.
- Familiarization or experience executing moves management strategy.
- Demonstrated marketing and communication skills.
- Proven experience in proactively driving multiple concurrent projects to completion through continuous transformation and an entrepreneurial approach.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a multifaceted organization to create a world class experience for our donor partners.

- Equip these local leaders to advocate for changes that are consistent with principles AFP believes in. You will do this, in part, by connecting them to the training and other resources of AFP
- Organize events where you and other activists can engage the public through phone calls, social media, walking through neighborhoods to talk with people face-to-face. You'll also be free to innovate by creating fun or unique ways to reach people to educate them on public policy issues and initiatives

- Manage part-time canvassing contractors, including but not limited to, time management, compliance with laws and regulations, and best practices

- Elevate the importance and impact of the donor’s partnership with Stand Together to be one of the top priorities in their lives through innovative cultivation and stewardship.
- Proficiently and efficiently navigate high-value, complex, and strategic fundraising/sales cycles through structured pipeline management and strong organizational skills.
- Collaborate and drive with cross functional teams to devise and execute impactful strategic plans to grow revenues with individual partners and across their entire partner portfolio.
- Proactively grow – and subsequently own – portfolios through the successful recruitment of new donor partners.
- Leverage subject matter experts and organizational representatives to further relationships with donor partners and prospects.
- Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together's vision and principled approach to solving problems, and a commitment to stewarding our culture, which champions values including transformation and innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respect.
- 7+ years of demonstrated experience growing strategic relationships and market share in a complex solution environment (i.e., major gift officer, account executive, sales account manager).
- Proven track record of securing 7+ figure financial commitments through strategic, relationship-driven sales cycles or entrepreneurial fundraising campaigns, leveraging consultative selling, prospect qualification, and disciplined pipeline management.
- Aligned, and personally motivated by the vision and values of Stand Together.
- High level of humility and integrity.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and a high sense of urgency.
- Exceptional communication skills, interpersonal skills, professionalism, and ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of how to engage and prioritize long term relationships and value creation with partners.
- Maturity and leadership skills to manage and prioritize plans and activities to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the United States.
